As an Addus Full-time Physical Therapist, you will:

* Enjoy the experience of one-on-one therapy assessment and treatment with a limited caseload
* Enable patients to remain in their own homes while they return to healthy lifestyles
* Demonstrate your clinical excellence and personal compassion
* Coordinate a plan of care and treatment program with a professional health care team, and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and/or Home Health Aides in care deliver
* Promote our positive image in the community as the leading home care provider

Job Requirements

* Bachelor s degree, plus completion of an accredited physical therapy program, with certification in Physical Therapy, or eligibility for the National Registration Examination of the Physical Therapy Association
* Current licensure in Pennsylvania
* At least one year physical therapy experience, home health experience preferred
* Excellent therapeutic assessment and treatment skills
* Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized
* Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage
