Required Skills:Requirements:
? Minimum of 5 years of IT experience.
? Two years of experience in administering large Windows 2008/Windows 2003 Active Directory environments with multiple sites.
? Two years of hands-on experience in administering large Exchange 2007 environments. Experience with Exchange 2010 will be an added advantage.
? Experience with DNS and WINS in large environments.
? MCSE 2003 or 2008 Certification.
? Exchange 2003/Exchange2007 Certification (Exchange certification requirement can be waived if candidate has 3 years of ?hands on? experience with Exchange.)
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Team player.

Desired Skills:Additional beneficial skills include:
? Experience in , Email Encryption, SCCM, Commvault and Postini Anti-spam.
? Experience with IBM and Client server hardware and configuration.

Additional Information:Location: Harrisburg, PA. Candidate must be willing to live within a one-hour drive of Harrisburg.
Start date: ASAP
Hours: Full time. Candidate will be asked to work 8 hours any time between 7AM-6PM and must work overtime when needed.
Project Term: Full time to December 2014.
Mobile Phone/Laptop: Required for infrequent after-hours support and escalations.

Daily Work DescriptionPosition Description
The successful candidate will be a member of the Client team managing one of the largest consolidated messaging systems in central PA. The system is based on Microsoft technology, including Exchange 2007 and Windows 2003/Windows 2008, and supports approximately 90,000 mailboxes.

The position?s primary responsibilities include Tier 2 support for Active Directory and Exchange, , backups and tape rotation.
