FACULTY POSITION - NOCTURNIST,
DIVISION OF HOSPITAL MEDICINE

The Department of Medicine at the Jefferson Medical College and the Thomas Jefferson University has immediate openings for full-time and/or part-time academic Nocturnists.

Responsibilities will include cross-coverage of non-house-staff supported clinical services, as well as medicine consultations. Shifts will be 12 hours in a proposed 7-on/7-off model, which may be flexible, depending on agreement between colleagues. Applicants must hold a medical degree and be board certified/board eligible in the field of Internal Medicine. Experience as an academic hospitalist is highly desirable but not essential. Jefferson will offer generous and competitive compensation including malpractice, CME time and allowance, and pension plan.
