Candidates must display the ability to approach situations analytically and apply engineering concepts, principles, and methodologies to solve problems effectively.

Description
The Regional Industrial Engineer provides internal engineering consulting for ABF on a broad scope of projects, with work ranging from research and design to implementation and follow-up. Job functions include: * Research and develop industry techniques and technologies
* Analyze and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency
* Evaluate and communicate regional requirements and provide engineering support to key terminals
* Collaborate with other engineers to implement new systems and provide training to field personnel
* Identify and communicate infrastructure needs based on capacity requirements
The position offers a high degree of responsibility and exposure to all levels of management and IT staff. There is considerable opportunity to make an immediate contribution to the company?s success. Travel is dependent on project.
