JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Supervise and monitor the workflow of New Business Case Managers

* Interface with customers (clients, sales assistants, branch managers)on a regular basis

* Help create and utilize metrics reporting to track performance toward individual and team goals. Identify performance goals and career development plans for each case manager. Meet on a regular basis with case managers to evaluate their progress

* Mentor experienced case managers to develop and improve their knowledge and skills

* Other duties as assigned by Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor's degree and/or 5 years insurance/brokerage experience

* Proven leadership ability, team leader/supervisory experience within the insurance industry required

* Strong interpersonal abilities and written and verbal communication skills

* Excellent organizational skills

* Proficient, independent problem solving skills

* Continued LOMA certification and other continuing education courses

* Computer Skills: proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
