IT Service Desk Analyst

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
At least three years Service Desk, Help Desk, or Call Center experience.
At least two years experience with technical problem resolution and support.
A technology-oriented bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience is desirable.
ITIL foundations, Service Desk+, Help Desk certificated desirable.
Installation or support of HP Printers.
Windows Laptop, Workstation troubleshooting experience
Experience setting up: e-mail (POP) accounts, Active Directory, and Citrix accounts desirable.
IT support background includes troubleshooting hardware and network problems
Experience with problem ticketing systems
Requires superior teamwork skills.
Excellent documentation skills a plus
Ability to work with leaders and employees within a hospital setting.
