Vibra Healthcare is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team supporting Ernest Health!
The IT Service Desk Analyst is responsible for supporting the Vibra Service Desk’s single point of contact role for triage and resolution of service disruptions that affect Vibra hospitals, employees, applications, hardware, and vendors. 
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.

  • At least three years Service Desk, Help Desk, or Call Center experience.

  • At least two years experience with technical problem resolution and support.


Additional Qualifications/Skills:

  • A technology-oriented bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience is desirable.

  • ITIL foundations, Service Desk+, Help Desk certificated desirable.

  • Installation or support of HP Printers.

  • Windows Laptop, Workstation troubleshooting experience

  • Experience setting up: e-mail (POP) accounts, Active Directory, and Citrix accounts desirable.

  • IT support background includes troubleshooting hardware and network problems

  • Experience with problem ticketing systems

  • Requires superior teamwork skills.

  • Excellent documentation skills a plus

  • Ability to work with leaders and employees within a hospital setting.
