Vibra Healthcare is seeking a Resource Clinical Liaison/Director of Business Development- RN LPN RT OT PT to join our team!  This position will support the Ernest market!
 
This position includes overnight weekly travel.
 
Responsible for educating, problem solving and building relationships with referral sources, obtaining referrals, completing eRehab or LTRAX assessments, and participating in planning, organizing and executing the Business Departmental plan. Frequent day travel with reliable transportation and occasional overnight travel is required. The individual will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with their assigned accounts as well as those of their team members. 
 
Functions as a key source of market intelligence providing direct communication between the community, referral sources and physicians to their Vibra Hospital Team. Often serves as the “face of Vibra” in the community and is responsible for developing a positive, professional image conducive to building long lasting relationships with our customers.
 
Responsible for developing a marketing strategy, supervising the marketing and strategy team, and client account management within assigned hospital(s). Develops elaborate business development plans, creates quarterly and annual strategic plans, and is responsible for the design/implementation of processes to support business growth through customer and market definition. As a field-based position, is responsible for building and maintaining inpatient and outpatient referrals and admissions, while complying with state and CMS rules and regulations across multiple levels of care. Responsible for all marketing tracking systems, the intake process, payor relationships, and community education. Working closely with the assigned hospital(s) management and clinical team, maintains positive and effective working relationships, both internally and in the community.
 
Responsible for managing the marketing and strategy team, including: recruitment, team development, and retention. Provides marketing leadership, education, training, coaching, and support to their team to assist in building relationships and exceeding business objectives within assigned territories. Responsible for the oversight of the marketing and strategy team’s compliance with Vibra Healthcare’s documentation policy and procedure.     
                 
Facilitates business growth by working with clients, as well as business partners Builds and maintains high-level contacts with current and prospective customers and other business/project partners. Responsibilities include: driving prospects, identifying new customers and markets, developing approaches to the market, and proposal preparation.  Utilizes strategic thinking and sharp executions (coupled with vision, innovation, boldness, relentlessness, and ambition), enabling the business to exceed revenue, census, and admissions goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist or Respiratory Therapist required in the state where support is provided.
Recent healthcare experience in the acute care hospital, rehabilitation setting or home health care agency/company required.
Minimum five (5) years of experience in marketing/leadership in a healthcare environment.
Strong background in client services and relationship management required.
Supervisory/leadership experience required
Current, valid, and active driver’s license required.
Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.
 
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
Master’s Degree preferred.
Ability to effectively manage a team.
Ability to compute statistics, analyze referral trends, and develop budget/marketing plans.
Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
Exhibits a sense of urgency for goal achievement and ability to redirect marketing efforts to meet such goals.

Previous clinical screening experience is preferred.
Working experience of local medical community is preferred.

Ability to complete the clinical screens accurately and thoroughly within established timeframes with demonstrated clinical expertise to determine admission criteria.
Ability to compute statistics and complete necessary reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Exhibit a sense of urgency for goal achievement with a strong commitment to results.
Ability to project a professional image.
Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant. 
Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
